Available Topics

  • Christian Prayer and the Book of Psalms
How the Psalms can guide us in prayer today.
(Three sessions on Psalms 1, 2, and 3)
  • Worship as Our Response to God's Revelation
    of Himself in Christ

Worship is enriched when we focus on who God is and what He has done for us.
    (Psalm 136 and Revelation 4-5)
  • Jesus Our Great High Priest
How Jesus fulfills the Old Testament and how we should love him for being our Great High Priest.
    (Zechariah 3)
  • Jesus is the "Man in the Gap"
This message shows Jesus as the prophet who stands between us and God's punishment. It has great implications for ministry today.
    (Ezekiel 22)
  • No Longer Only a Servant -- Now a Friend
Jesus calls us "friends." What does that really mean for us?
    (John 15)
  • True Leadership (Jesus as King)
This tells the story of Judah, who is a very surprising example of one who lays down his life, prefiguring Christ. This has real implications for Christian life and ministry today.
    (Genesis 44)
  • Jesus the Great Host
Jesus turning water into wine is a message on divine hospitality, but also on our identity as guests at God's table.
    (John 2)
  • The Church as Prophetic Community

God empowered Elijah to confront King Ahab over a matter of social injustice and murder. Today, the Holy Spirit also empowers us to proclaim not only holiness, but justice.
