Summer Orientation Advising and Registration

SOAR:

New Northwest University students who have been admitted for Fall 2011: You are invited to SOAR.

During a SOAR Day, you will meet with an adviser, get to know other students, learn about student resources, and register for classes. SOAR Days are designed to prepare you for Orientation and the start of classes in August – and to connect you with the Northwest University community, even before you come to stay.

Parents are not required to attend, but we do offer special SOAR sessions for parents and family of students.

Listed below are the registration options, dates, and a general schedule. Make sure you have submitted your confirmation form and deposit prior to registering for SOAR.

May

May 20th – Afternoon schedule – This session is reserved for Early Action and transfer students only.

June

June 10th – Morning schedule
June 24th – Morning schedule

July

July 15th – Morning schedule

August

August 12th – Morning schedule – Deadline Alert! Students registered on July 15th or earlier will receive their housing assignment prior to their arrival on campus
