Nursing Application

If you are applying for admittance to the Mark & Huldah Buntain School of Nursing, please download and fill out this form in addition to the Northwest University Admissions Application. The priority deadline to submit this application is January 31, 2012. Applications received by the priority application date will be reviewed first. Applications will continue being accepted as space is available or until the final deadline of June 29th, 2012.
