KIRKLAND, Wash. - The NU men dropped only one spot in this week’s NAIA Top 25 after splitting this weekend’s games at home. Their loss came against No. 14 Warner Pacific, who climbed into the No. 11 spot in this week’s poll.
Eastern Oregon moved into the top ranking and No. 1 spot after sweeping both games over the weekend and improved to 18-1 on the season. Southern Oregon fell two spots to No. 14 from the 12th spot.
The Cascade Conference has four teams in the Top 25 along with the Sun Conference which is the most in the NAIA of any conference or independent.
The Eagles (15-4) will run into their second ranked team in as many weeks as they take on No. 14 Southern Oregon in Ashland this Saturday night. They will be in Klamath Falls on Friday playing Oregon Tech with a chance at winning there for the first time since entering the Cascade Conference.
