Galbraith Named Defensive Player of the Week for Second Time

LAGRANDE, Ore. – Joe Galbraith of Whitefish, Mont., the Eagle’s junior goalkeeper, was named Red Lion Player of the week for men’s soccer in defense after two more outstanding wins over Oregon Tech on the road and a 1-0 shutout over Warner Pacific at home on Saturday. This is the second week in a row for the award as Joe had 6 saves in the OIT game and 12 saves in the WPC game giving him 18 saves in the two games and 28 saves in the past three contests. Galbraith made crucial saves in both games to prevent both Tech and Warner Pac from scoring which would have tied the score.
