McIntosh Named CCC Player of the Week

LAGRANDE, Ore. - Following the Eagle team being named CCC Team of the Week, NU junior Ryan McIntosh has been named the Red Lion Men’s Basketball Player of the Week for the Cascade Conference as announced by the league office.

McIntosh, from Puyallup, Wash., came off the bench to start in both games and did not disappoint, scoring a game high 33 points in the win over Oregon Tech on Friday night. It was NU’s first ever victory in Klamath Falls. McIntosh followed up his break-out performance with a game high 23 points in the upset win over No. 14 Southern Oregon. Ryan shot a perfect 100% from the free throw line for both games making 11 of 11 shots while hitting 50% of his shots for the two game series including 41% accuracy from three point range.
