We’ve got a lot of work on our hands, though, as we look to shape the culture of this team, a culture that is characterized by humility, hard work, dedication and fellowship.”
Northwest University Athletic Director Gary McIntosh stated, “Mark was an outstanding runner at the University of Washington and has performed at the highest levels of running in the United States. Mark is regarded as one of the top runners in the Seattle area and he continues to run with Club Northwest in the area and still is considered one of the best. Mark is a great fit for us here at NU and his primary goal is to bring glory and honor to Jesus Christ through running. I believe Mark is the coach to take the NU running programs to the next level of competition,” McIntosh concluded.
