NU Soccer Camp Coming In August

The annual Northwest University Summer Soccer Camp will be taking place on the Eagle athletic fields August 9 through August 13.

The camp begins daily at 10 a.m. and wraps up at 12:00 p.m. and is open to boys and girls, 6 to 18 years of age. Campers will be grouped by age during the week. The NU athletic fields were formerly used by the Seattle Seahawks and provides both natural grass and turf surfaces.

Cost for the camp is $150 per camper and includes a soccer ball and shirt. Parents of campers may register and pay online at: www.northwestu.edu/athletics and look for the "Camps and Clinics" link.

The camp will be led by NU's Head Women's Coach, Erin Redwine, Eagles' Head Men's Coach, Gary McIntosh and current NU soccer players.

The NU Soccer Camp provides a positive and balanced training environment where players will grow in confidence. Each day is designed to focus on one technical skill that soccer requires, such as, passing, first touch, shooting, defending and dribbling.

If you have any questions regarding the camp, please email Erin Redwine at: erin.redwine@northwestu.edu.
