Eagle Men Climb to #8 in NAIA National Poll
The NU Eagles outstanding season continues as they climb in the NAIA national poll to No. 8 which was released this afternoon by the NAIA office in Kansas City, Mo. it was reported earlier the men were ranked No. 9, but all national votes had not been tallied.
This is the highest ranking any Northwest U. basketball team has attained since joining the NAIA in the 1988-89 season.
Oregon Tech remained at No. 2 and Warner Pacific dropped from No. 10 to No. 12 after this weekend's loss to the Eagles in Kirkland. Southern Oregon received votes for the Top 25 and Eastern Oregon is no longer in the NAIA top 35 after dropping a contest this weekend.
