Alex returns to NU for his junior season after taking the 2011 season off. In 2010, Taylor started 10 of 16 games for the Eagles, scoring two goals and adding four assists (8 points) with a .538 shots on goal percentage.

In 2009, his freshman season, Taylor led the Eagle team with 9 goals and three assists for 21 points as NU finished with a 9-6-4 record. He was named first team, All-CCC as a midfielder.
