Applied Science Center

The Applied Science Center (ASC) exists to facilitate Northwest University’s historic commitment to global involvement with countries around the world. The purpose of the Center is to facilitate crosscultural understanding, friendship, and transfer expertise in ecointensive food production and microeconomic development among our global neighbors.


Council for Christian Colleges & Universities

Northwest University is a member of the Council for Christian Colleges and Universities (CCCU), an association of more than 100 private liberal arts Christian colleges and universities. Through the Council, a number of off-campus learning opportunities exist.


Leadership Education for Adult Professionals (LEAP)

The Leadership Education for Adult Professionals (LEAP) program serves adult students by facilitating the offering of academic programs in nontraditional hours and formats that enable working professionals to remain in their career while fulfilling their educational goals.


Pacific Rim Centre

The Pacific Rim Centre for Cross-Cultural Studies (PRC) was established at Northwest University to facilitate the College’s historic commitment to global exchange with particular reference to the countries of the Pacific Rim.


Reserve Officer Training Corps

Northwest University has a cooperative arrangement with the University of Washington’s Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC). Through this cooperative program, Northwest University students prepare for commissioning in the US Army by earning a degree from Northwest and concurrently registering for a series of courses at the University of Washington.
