Student Health 101

Take a look at Student Health 101, which is a great online health and personal wellness magazine that is geared specifically to college students. This magazine includes articles regarding relationships, mental health, money, education, work, fitness, and more. There is also a chance with each monthly edition to enter polls for a chance to win $1,000. A new edition is available at the first of every month and can be linked to all month long. Seminars & Workshops

Counseling Services is committed to education and prevention. Counselors are available to provide educational programs in the resident halls, in the class rooms, and in other group contexts. The following are frequently requested topics: eating disorders, communication styles, sexuality, stress management, relationships, and Myers-Briggs Personality Type Inventory.
