Crisis Intervention
In a life threatening emergency, call 911.
In a non-life threatening crisis do one or more of the following:
During Business Hours:
- Contact Counseling Services at Ext. 5282.
Tell the Counseling Services staff person who receives your call that it is
an urgent matter and you need to see someone immediately.
After Business Hours or When Counseling Services Is Closed:
- If you are an on-campus resident and you experience a crisis that cannot
wait for daytime business hours, contact your resident dean. The resident
dean will notify the director of Counseling Services as needed.
- To talk to an off-campus crisis counselor call the King County Crisis Clinic 24-hour crisis line: 206-461-3222.
