At Northwest University we are on the cutting edge of these advances, and we strive to equip young artists with the best in contemporary training. We have a rich history of musical and theatrical education, with generations of graduates expressing their creative gifts in a variety of artistic contexts.

Building on this foundation, Northwest University has invested in a new phase of instruction to provide students the resources to grow in their craft and express their gifts and talents with the utmost distinction. Our new degree programs in Music Industry Business and Contemporary Music Industry/Recording Arts Technologies provide students with a blueprint of excellence that will empower them to become leaders in the arts and entertainment industries. The Creatio Institute will also be a leader in attracting performing artists desiring an environment to develop their artistic expression within the context of fully accredited higher education opportunities.

Through Creatio Institute, Northwest University is the only Evangelical Christian University on the west coast and the only four-year accredited school in the Pacific Northwest to offer such in-depth training in recording arts, music industry business, and church media degree programs. In addition to degree programs, Creatio Institute will soon offer training in seminar and certificate programs focused on developing and sharpening the skills of practitioners.
