Application Instructions for MIT

Applicants will need to submit the following documents:

  1. Application Procedures (for your records and for additional information regarding the required documents)
  2. Supplemental Questionnaire
  3. Reflection Paper
  4. MIT Degree Application
  5. Test Scores for WEST-E (or NES) and WEST-B (or SAT/ACT scores at or above
    these posted scores):

    Math 515
    Reading 500
    Writing 490

    ACT

    Math 22
    Reading 22
    Writing 8

  6. Resume or Curriculum Vitae
  7. Three References: Personal, Professional, Academic
  8. Washington OSPI Character and Fitness Supplement
  9. Official Transcripts of Post-Secondary Education
  10. Endorsement Verification Form:

    MIT students can pursue dual endorsements.
