Apply For ProCert – Support Only

Applications are being accepted for Fall 2012. Applications for the program are given priority based on date received. Applications are also being accepted for Spring 2013. The application deadline is Dec. 16, 2012. All applicants are encouraged to submit materials as early as possible.

Applicants will need to submit the following documents:

• ProCert Application Procedures (for your records)
• Program application form
• Resume or curriculum vitae
• Transcripts of post-secondary education
• Washington State Residency Teacher Certificate
