Paul has served as administrator in Christian schools in Colorado and Virginia for the past ten years; in both cases he led a large staff and was responsible for all aspects of leadership. He has also served in various pastoral ministry positions and holds ministerial credentials with the Assemblies of God.
Paul and Liz have three children, Emily, Alyssa, and Tyler.
