Public - Newhall Land and Farming ($1 billion real estate holding, development and agricultural company).

Private - Dinwiddie Construction Company ($350 million, Builders of the Transamerica Pyramid and Bank of America towers in San Francisco).

Parachurch - Strategic Planning Officer for Mercy Ships (1,200 person international hospital ship organization).

Church - Administrative Pastor and Missions Pastor for Northwest Church, (church grew from 600 to 2500 over a 4 year period, missions activities to local section 8 housing, Hualapai Indians, Children of Chernobyl, Mexican and Jamaican orphanages, national sister church prayer and construction, and South African schools)

Director - The Geneva Group (mid-range database programming and e-commerce firm)

CEO - leadership training and change management consulting firm, Business Resources, serving small to mid range profit and not for profit organizations since 1980.

Chair - Christian Management Association, Northwest Chapter; Trinity Lutheran College, youth and family ministries program.

Teaching Specialties
