Background
I have worked in a variety of nursing settings:
- Nurse Research Assistant at Virginia Mason's Research Center in Seattle.
- RN in Public/Community Health at Seattle/King County Dept. of Public Health.
- RN in Pediatric & Adolescent medicine and telephone triage at Scripps Health in San Diego.
In addition I have done some adjunct work at Seattle Pacific University and some RN consulting work for Virginia Mason's Bailey Boushay House in Seattle.
I work per diem (summers mostly) at the Lewis and John Dare Center at Virginia Mason.
I came to Northwest as an adjunct faculty member in 2005. Interests include: Traveling and exploring the world, Mariners Baseball, Seahawks Football, scrapbooking, and gardening.
