I have been a registered nurse for many years, 27 years at Seattle Children’s Hospital, working in many different roles at the hospital. Teaching has always been a passion of mine, and over the past 5 years the opportunity opened for me to begin teaching at Northwest University, as a clinical instructor at Seattle Children’s Hospital. I am honored this year to be a part of the tenure-track full-time faculty of the School of Nursing. I have been a Christian and a member of the Assemblies of God church for most of my life, and being here at NU is the culmination of my dream and career goals.
