Quality & Business Process Management

This program is designed for existing business process managers, and would-be process management professionals, who wish to prepare for industry certification as a Quality Engineer, or Associate, through the American Society of Quality (ASQ), a national certifying authority.

Students will learn to use quality tools, acquire an understanding of Six Sigma methodology, and practice documenting and mapping processes. They will develop expertise in strategic planning, change management, performance measurement planning, process improvement methods, and cost of
