Cost & Payment Plans

Educational Costs: 2007 - 2008 (Per Semester)

	Full Time (12-17 credits)	Part Time (11 or less credits)	Above Full Time (18 or more credits)
Tuition & Fees:	$9,760	$815/credit	$575/credit

Payment Plans

Tuition, book fees and all other charges are to be paid in full each semester at registration, unless other arrangements are made with Student Accounts. Each student will be required to sign a contract/promissory note agreeing to payment terms prior to the start of class each semester.

Pay In Full Plan

This plan allows you to pay your semester costs, after your financial aid is taken into consideration, by the first day of classes. Northwest University conveniently accepts credit cards (either in person or over the phone), cash, or personal checks.

Monthly Payment Plan

This plan is designed for students who wish to spread out their educational costs into monthly payments. Northwest University has partnered with Tuition Management Systems (TMS) at www.afford.com or 800.356.8329 to handle all monthly payment plans. They provide an annual 12 month payment plan for the entire year costs; a single semester plan is also available if needed. Payments would only be made on your costs not covered by financial aid (excluding work study).

Employer Assisted Payments

The University will provide information your employer needs to approve the program or the individual modules within the program. A grade report will be issued approximately two weeks after the end of each module enabling you to submit your reimbursement requests on a timely basis.

Even though you may be reimbursed for educational costs by your employer, you are expected to use one of the payment plans offered by the University or negotiate a separate payment schedule with Student Accounts if tuition is not to be paid in full at registration.

Veterans Assistance Benefits

The LEAP Program is approved for Veterans Administration Benefits. You can contact the VA Coordinator, Sharon Jones, at the Registrar's Office or your local veterans administration office for assistance
