Overview

Our MBA program is designed not as a learning mass-merchandiser, but as a learning boutique. Because we live in a world where professional competencies always speak first and loudest, our curriculum is designed to produce within students a sense of history and destiny, to enable discovery in the classroom and in personal and professional life.

Students can expect to be challenged to build their emotional awareness and business acumen through the introduction to and a mastery of the science and practice of ethical leadership, information technology and organizational management.

The program consists of 40 hours of graduate study, with 30 hours comprised of MBA Core Requirements, 9 hours of MBA Capstone Requirements, and a one-hour Graduate Studies Seminar required of all students to successfully integrate program requirements into their current personal and professional lifestyles. Some or all foundation courses may be waived for students who previously satisfied those requirements.

Students can expect to enroll in two courses per semester; each course is seven weeks long and is held one night per week for seven consecutive weeks, concluding with the 8th session on a Saturday.

Classes are held on the second floor of the Graduate & Professional Studies building of Northwest University. The building is equipped with wireless access, allowing students to connect to the network seamlessly.

Students can expect to complete the program within two years for full-time study. Approximately 85% of our students are employed and pursue their degrees full-time.

Our students represent a diverse background of professional, cultural, and educational experiences.
