Applications are being accepted for Fall 2011. The application deadline is April 1, 2011. Applicants are encouraged to submit materials as early as possible.
Application Procedures (for your records)
Applicants will need to submit the following documents:
- Application Form
- Resumé or Curriculum Vitae.
- Copy of Teacher’s Certificate
- Official transcripts of post-secondary education
- Provisional Status Form “SPI 4421”
- Teacher Certificate Renewal Form “SPI 4401” (Only if applicable)
