   Concert ChoirIntroductionNorthwest University presents the Concert Choir. Directed by Professor Bill Owen, this time-honored choral group is comprised of more than 55 vocalists performing a variety of music focused on classical, sacred literature drawn from composers such as Faure, Bach and Palestrina. Concert Choir has blessed Northwest University as well as many other churches, schools and districts as they travel throughout the northwest region during the academic year. DirectorProfessor Bill Owen received his masters in music from Duquesne University in 1995. He is a credentialed Assemblies of God minister and has over sixteen years of music and pastoral experience. He has successfully led this group in serving its two great purposes in ministry. One, to bring honor to the Lord Jesus, through music, and secondly to be the best musically as one can be because of the perfection of the One to whom it is dedicated. |
