Applications are being accepted for Fall 2012. The application deadline for the MIT program has been extended to May 1, 2012. Applicants are encouraged to submit materials as early as possible.

  3. MIT Degree Application & Financial Aid Forms:
  4. Resume or Curriculum Vitae
  5. Three References: Personal, Professional, Academic
  6. Washington OSPI Character and Fitness Supplement
  7. Official Transcripts of Post-Secondary Education
  8. Endorsement Verification Form:
  9. Complete your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) through their web site (www.fafsa.ed.gov). To ensure that Northwest University receives a copy of this application, please remember to include our Title IV Code: 003783. For tips on completing the FAFSA, click here.

Applicants will be interviewed by a committee of faculty members and administrators, who will recommend admission, admission with conditions, or denial of admission for decision by the Director of the MIT Program.
