President Argue to Open State Address in Prayer
The Governor’s state of the State address will be delivered on Tuesday,
January 10, to a joint session of the legislature with Supreme Court justices,
other officials, and dignitaries in attendance.

In
response to an invitation by Washington Governor Christine Gregoire, Dr. Don
Argue will precede the annual state of the State address by opening in prayer. “I
am honored to have the opportunity to pray for Washington’s leaders and
citizens on this important occasion,” said Argue, who is now serving in
his eighth year as president of Northwest University, Kirkland.
