Dr. Cheek will focus his presentation on how members of the Northwest University Faculty, and other educators and researchers, can identify, solicit and win funds to support projects and research. With extensive experience as both a funder and a grant seeker, Dr. Cheek is uniquely qualified to help us move our work forward in partnerships with funders.

 

Theology and Technology

We might like to think of spirituality and technology in separate categories, but most of us would quickly agree that God is omnipresent and technology is ubiquitous; these are parts of our lives that really cannot be considered separately. In this session, Dr. Cheek will lead us in considering how our theology impacts our use of technology and how our technology molds our thinking about God.
