I wish I could say life is good right now but in all honesty it has been a struggle lately. I hurt my knee in practice today, homework is in overload mode, I am working more hours, basketball season is ending, and I am trying to figure out my post-grad plans. Life is draining, and it has just been one thing after the other taking a toll on me. Do you ever have those days, weeks, or months?

It is finally over, yet I feel like I still have not caught up on sleep. Last week was NU's annual Screaming Eagles Week. Definitely one of my favorite times of the school year.

Last time I made a smoothie, it didn't turn out so well. So today, I decided to get back on that horse and try it again. This time, my smoothie turned out delicious! Eating healthy while in college is a challenge for everyone, whether you're deciding between the legendary Friday chicken nuggets or staring down the salad bar at the caf or at the grocery store deciding between the cheap ramen or the expensive fruits and veggies.

Every college student needs a bucket list: a list of things that must be accomplished in the four (more or less) years it takes to get an undergrad diploma. Some of the basic things that I think are really important for a NU bucket list involve living in the dorms.

Pursuit is a gathering of college students from around the Seattle area on Monday night here at the chapel, coming together to pursue God through worship. Usually the Pursuit team will bring in worship bands from local churches to help lead us into the presence of God.
