Hello there! My name is Chanara Greene. I am a senior Interdisciplinary Studies student at Northwest University this year. I grew up about 45 minutes away from campus in a town called Lake Stevens. I love it there and I love it in Kirkland too.
When I am not in class or studying you can find me on the basketball court, in the gym, at Starbucks, or going shopping. Since it’s my senior year I decided to make the most of it and because of that I am really involved on campus. First off I am on the women’s basketball team, I sing in Choralons, I am a leader on the athletic ministry team and I co-lead a life group with two of my friends. In addition to that I am employed at the Financial Aid office on campus.
I have had a wonderful experience at NU so far. I love the community, the people, my studies and I want to give other people a glimpse into what life is like here.
You can expect to hear a lot about what it is like to be an athlete at NU, what my friends and I like to do for fun, and how I am growing in my faith and walk with the Lord. I hope you enjoy reading about my life as a NU student and if you have any questions let me know!
