This information is for our MACP and MAICCD programs. PsyD program application information.

To apply for the M.A. programs, applicants need a Bachelor of Arts or Science (or an equivalent degree) from a regionally accredited college or university, as well as a minimum of a 3.0 Grade Point Average on a 4.0 scale.

We are now accepting applications for the Fall 2012 Cohorts. Apply as soon as possible as space is limited.

  1. Download the forms:
  2. Fill out the Application & Financial Aid Forms, submit your Biographical Letter of Interest (see Application Procedures for instructions), and send with a $75 application fee to:

    Kirkland, WA 98033-0579

  3. Complete your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) through their web site (www.fafsa.ed.gov). To ensure that Northwest University receives a copy of this application, please remember to include our Title IV Code: 003783. For tips on completing the FAFSA, click here.
  4. Give your Character Reference Forms (included in the Application Form) and a stamped envelope with the above address to a friend, a professional associate, and an academic associate.
  5. Send the Transcript Request Form (included in the Application Form) with applicable fees to all previously attended universities.

When all materials have been received, your application will be submitted for admissions consideration.
