Shipping & Delivery Information: After a purchase has been completed, most items will ship within one business week. However, please allow up to 30 days for items to arrive.
Return Policy: Any unopened CDs or other merchandise may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. CDs that have been opened may not be returned for a refund. Should merchandise receive damage during shipping, please return the item and a replacement will be sent. Damaged items must be received within 30 days of customer receipt. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the sender. Northwest University will ship a replacement item free of charge upon receipt of the damaged item.
