Event Details:

You Are Cordially Invited

The Northwest University Concert Choir and Chamber Choir joined by Coro Amici and the Kirkland Civic Orchestra, invite you to Christmas Traditions presented by Koelsch Communities! Now in it's tenth season, this established Christmas concert celebrates the traditions of Christmas, featuring new carol arrangements and traditional selections by John Rutter, Mack Wilberg. Dan Forest, Heinrich Schütz and more, including a few traditional sing-alongs.

The performance will be conducted by William Owen and accompanied by pianist Mizue Yamada-Fells and the Kirkland Civic Orchestra (James Truher, Artistic Director).

The Northwest University choirs include our Concert Choir, comprised of NU music department students and students from other majors, along with the Chamber Choir, our select group of singers.

They will be joined by Coro Amici, which includes many NU choir alumni and community members. This Christmas concert has become a wonderful way to begin the sacred season of Christmas while enjoying the beautiful setting and acoustics of Benaroya Hall, Seattle’s premier performance facility for classical music. Come and celebrate the true meaning of the season with us!
