Background
Dr. Tomandl previously worked at the University of Washington Locke Computer Center in computer consulting and systems analysis. He has taught astronomy to students from 3rd grade to college level and was a teaching and research assistant in astronomy at the UW. He serves as a volunteer with Project Astro and has given planetarium shows and hosted star events. He and his wife, Marianne, have two grown children.
