Background
Dr. Lamm Bray has served in full time ministry and leadership for more than 30 years, with 25 of those years in Christian higher education. She holds a PhD in Higher Education with an emphasis on Organizational Leadership, and an MA in Theological Studies. She has published and presented research on both women in leadership and on calling development, and articles on the biblical support for women in ministry. She has been ordained with the Assemblies of God since 1993, has served two terms as a General Presbyter (the national board of the AG), and is active in the Oregon Ministry Network as an auditor on the Network Presbytery and member of various committees and teams. She mentors men and women leaders and leads the campus of Northwest University Oregon.
