Background

Throughout my career, my passion has been in the field of teaching—specifically English. I have been a high school English teacher for over 30 years teaching dual credit courses. For the past 12 years, I have also taught college courses: two years at Corban University, 12 years on the NU Oregon campus, and for the past 5 years, I have taught online writing courses through NU Online. When I’m not teaching, I enjoy reading, playing the piano, and spending time with family.
