The Master of Arts in Leadership Studies (MALS) combines practical business leadership and theology with an emphasis in developing dynamic, effective leaders who bring their very best to in an ever-changing world. This degree empowers students to engage and impact their community and corporate environments, serving as a launching pad to lead in both ministry and secular occupations.

If you live on the Eastside, there’s no reason to cross the 520 bridge. Our campus is located just off of Highway 520 and Interstate 405 in Kirkland. We’re easy to access. And once you’re here, you can enjoy our beautiful 56-acre campus.

Program Structure

The 36 credit program (12 courses) can be completed in 2 years. Purposefully structured to align with one's context, this program is ideal for those who have busy schedules, whether in ministry or a corporate environment. Courses occur over a four-day intensive, which typically meets from 8:00am–5:00pm, Tuesday through Friday. Additionally, the Bible and Theology courses meet on Friday evenings and from 8am–5pm on Saturday.
