Short Bio:
I am a NU graduate from Nampa, Idaho, who enjoys trying new foods, learning languages, exploring different cultures, traveling, and listening to and playing music.
Favorite Aspect of NU:
My favorite aspect of NU is the community. There are so many opportunities to get involved and make friends that anyone can find their place and their people at NU.
On My Bookshelf:
Because I'm learning Korean, most of the books on my bookshelf are currently Korean language learning books. I also have a few inspirational books from pastors and speakers, such as Marcos Witt’s Triunfarás (You will Triumph) and Jennie Allen’s Find Your People.
Favorite Food:
I have too many, but some of my favorite foods are sushi, ramen, tteokbokki, pupusas, and green enchiladas.
Favorite Place in Seattle:
Alki Beach and Museum of Pop Culture.
Favorite Coffee/Non-Coffee Order:
Matcha and boba
Favorite Tree:
Cherry blossoms
Favorite Holiday:
My favorite holiday is Christmas. I love Christmas for its traditions, foods, drinks, music, and pajamas, but most importantly because the Christmas season is a reminder of how and why Jesus came to earth.
Favorite Sport:
My favorite sport to play is volleyball and pickleball, but I enjoy watching basketball, baseball, soccer, and football.
What you might not know about me:
I played volleyball from 8th grade until my senior year of high school.
