Northwest University President Joseph Castleberry Invited to Human Rights Conference in Mexico

Northwest University President Joseph Castleberry will be participating in a conference sponsored by the Mexican National Commission on Human Rights and the National Autonomous University of Mexico in Cuernavaca, Mexico on August 13-15, 2015.    

Dr. Castleberry’s invited paper, “La Inmigración y el Estado de Derecho en los Estados Unidos de América: Un Análisis de Caso,” focuses on American immigration and its implications for the rule of law in the United States, comparing competing cultural conceptions of the topic, including Samuel Rutherford’s 17^th-century work, Lex Rex.
