You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown is a musical comedy written in 1967 by Clark Gesner, who based it on characters from Peanuts, the comic strip by Charles M. Schulz. In two acts, the musical brings the classic comic strip to life, introducing all of “the Peanuts” and featuring everyday moments in the lives of Charlie Brown and his friends. Lucy searches for true love, Snoopy dreams of adventure atop his dog house, and the friends sing together about happiness. In the end, Charlie Brown learns that being a good person means doing the right things for other people.

The production features nine talented NU students. Four performances will run March 22–23 at 7:30 p.m. and March 24 at 2:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Discounted advance tickets are available at nudrama.brownpapertickets.com. Tickets are also available at the door.
