Dr. Lowry serves as the Director of International Education and the Director of the Center for English Language Education (CELE) at Northwest University. She leads initiatives that include recruiting international students, streamlining the admissions process, and building sustainable global partnerships. Her work also focuses on creating support systems that empower international students to thrive academically and personally.
