President Castleberry Receives Ralph Palmen High Ground Award
On October 7, President Castleberry was awarded the C3 Leaders' Ralph Palmen High Ground Award at the annual High Ground Breakfast in Bellevue. According to C3, "The recipient of the High Ground Award runs an institution that has been a "shining light on a hill" for our region. Through historic population shifts, global pandemic, racial division and economic challenges, this year's recipient has maintained his focus on Jesus, addressed the issues head on and been a resilient example for us all."

C3 leaders plays a significant role in the lives of Christian business leaders in the PNW. According to their website, C3 Leaders “engages business leaders in consistent and regular, Jesus-centered, business focused, peer-led small groups” called C3 Forums. The Ralph Palmen High Ground Award is a part of their strategy to encourage the business community to strive for excellence and honor Christ in all they do.
