Short Bio:
I was born and raised in Kirkland, WA, and after having lived in various places along the West Coast I am happy to be back home in Kirkland. I love Christmas, comedy (movies, TV shows, books, stand-up!), spending time with my family (especially my nieces and nephews!), and paddleboarding with my husband!

Favorite Aspect of NU:
I love hearing students talk about their relationship with faculty members. Students will share stories with me about faculty members going out of their way to pray for them, check in with them about things going on inside and outside the classroom, and partner with them to grow in knowledge and understanding. It’s a beautiful image of the kingdom of God!

On my bookshelf:
The staples on my bookshelf are Jesus for President by Shane Claiborne and Chris Haw, Love Anyway by Jeremy Courtney, Love Kindness by Barry Corey, and the Book with No Pictures by B.J. Novak.

Favorite Food:
I’ve been told I have the appetite of an 8-year-old, so Macaroni and Cheese, specifically from Chick-fil-A!

Favorite place in Seattle:
The Space Needle

Favorite coffee/non-coffee order:
An Iced White Mocha with a splash of English Toffee

Favorite Holiday:
Christmas!

Favorite Sport:
Basketball! But I like to support my little brothers in their football games!
