Position Summary
The ARC-PA has granted Accreditation-Provisional status to the Northwest University School of Physician Assistant Medicine Program sponsored by Northwest University.
Northwest University is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Clinical Recruitment Coordinator for the School of PA Medicine. This position will support the clinical education phase of the Physician Assistant program by recruiting clinical training sites and preceptors and assisting in the development of clinical partnerships.
The Clinical Recruitment Coordinator will collaborate with the Clinical Education Manager, Clinical Administrative Coordinator, Program Director, and Principal Faculty to expand and maintain the program’s network of clinical sites. This role focuses primarily on recruiting clinical placements within the greater Seattle area and surrounding communities, helping ensure that sufficient high-quality clinical experiences are available for PA students.
The successful candidate will maintain relationships with healthcare organizations, assist with affiliation agreements, and support the documentation and data management required for clinical education operations and accreditation compliance.
The Clinical Recruitment Coordinator must possess a meaningful commitment to Jesus Christ, the church, and the Gospel. We are seeking someone with a winsome, encouraging, and culturally engaged faith.

Essential Functions
- Recruit clinical preceptors and clinical training sites for PA student rotations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers throughout the greater Seattle region and surrounding communities.
- Assist with establishing and maintaining affiliation agreements and clinical contracts with healthcare organizations.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records related to clinical sites, preceptor credentials, and clinical placements.
- Support the development and expansion of the program’s clinical education network.
- Work collaboratively with the Clinical Education Manager and program faculty and staff to support student clinical placements.
- Collect, organize, and maintain data related to the clinical phase of the PA program.
- Assist with communication between the PA program and clinical partners.
- Participate in student recruitment activities as requested.
- Perform other duties in support of the PA program as assigned by the Dean or Program Director.
Education/Experience/Skills
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or associate’s degree required. (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build professional relationships with healthcare organizations and providers.
- Experience with administrative coordination, recruitment, or partnership development.
- Demonstrated commitment to the Christian mission and values of Northwest University.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in marketing, clinical recruitment, clinical education, or clinical administration.
- Experience with clinical placements or healthcare partnerships.
- Familiarity with physician assistant education or other health professions education programs.
- Established relationships with regional healthcare organizations or clinics.
- Active member of a local church.
Compensation
Based on education and experience, the position has a hiring range of $20.38/hour to $22.30/hour plus excellent benefits.
