On-Campus Student Employment

Student employment on campus is an integral part of Northwest University. It provides important job experience for students and supplies much needed support for many departments on campus.

On-Campus Student Positions

Summer Accounting Office Assistant (1) Accounting
Summer Maintenance Assistant (3) Maintenance

Open student positions are posted when available. If there are no current openings listed, you can still submit a completed application package for future opportunities. Applications will be considered for only one academic year (Sept – May). Please submit a new application package each year to be considered again.

Minimum wage is $15.74 effective January 1, 2023.


To apply for on-campus employment, please complete an application package.

The application package must include:

  1. NU Application for Employment
  2. Cover letter of interest
  3. Resume
  4. Current class schedule (as it is helpful to the hiring supervisors' to know of your availability)

You may submit your complete application package:

  1. In person to HR in the Davis Building or the receptionist in the Barton Building.
