Hear from NPP Students

I've gone to church my entire life, but the program really helped me to tie in together biblical knowledge and spiritual knowledge and wisdom, discernment, the gifts of the spirit. These are all things that kind of came together during the program and they came together in a really practical and meaningful way.

The amount of work and the amount of tasks and things that I can handle now versus when I first started are on completely different levels. And not only that, but my confidence in myself and my ability to do those things is completely different.

I felt called the ministry at a young age. I thought that what I wanted to do was youth. But through doing all four tracks, I learned that children's ministry, mainly preteens, is my heart. It was just really cool to see how God molded me.

Something I learned about myself was that I'm more wired for leadership than I thought I was. I was always super quiet and sitting in the back, but I've learned to step into new roles.
