Table Sponsor Resources

We are so delighted you have decided to sponsor a table at our upcoming presidents banquet. Your role as a table sponsor is important, valued, and appreciated. In order to assist you we have provided the following:

  • Invitation Hand Out
  • Email Template
  • President’s Banquet Letterhead

As You Recruit for Your Table We Suggest the Following Guidelines:

  • Invite guests before the holiday season
  • Communicate your passion for the mission of Northwest University
  • If you attended last year, tell them about your experience
  • Once your guests confirm, please send an email of your guests’ first name, last name, email, and meal choice to events@northwestu.edu

Additional Information

  • VIP Reception at 5:30pm
  • General Registration begins at 6:00pm
  • Grand Ballroom Doors open at 6:40pm
  • Program begins at 7:00pm
  • Attire: Formal
