A Visit Experience That’s Just for You
Viewbooks and websites provide a glimpse into campus life. But a campus visit is the best way to learn if NU is right for you! You can customize your visit to fit your personal needs and interests. You’ll tour campus and meet with helpful counselors from Admissions and Student Financial Services.

Tier 1 Eagle Training
$500 Scholarship
Take the first step to earn your wings by exploring what it means to be an NU Eagle.
Requirements:
- Must submit an application by June 15th
- Must submit a FAFSA by June 15th
- Must come to an on-campus visit by June 15th
Tier 2 Stretch Your Wings
$500 Scholarship
Now that you have explored a day in the life of an eagle, it's time to stretch your wings to further discover your place within the NU Community.
Requirements:
- Attend both days of either of the following NU community events:
- NU Overnight
- NU Backstage

Northwest Friday
Spend the day on the NU campus with other prospective students! This is an all-day event where you will meet current students, attend chapel with the student body, sit in on classes that interest you, and more!

Little Sibs Overnight
Are you a younger sibling of a current NU student? Sign up to spend the night on campus with your sibling and join in on all the on-campus activities for the evening. You also are invited to our Northwest Friday in the morning leading up to the overnight!

NU Overnight
Spend the night in a residence hall and experience what it is like to be an NU Eagle! You will get to know professors, current students, and attend special sessions only offered during NU Overnight! This is the ultimate Northwest visit experience!

NU Backstage
Experience NU behind-the-scenes with the current students as you prepare for college in the fall! Participate in student activities in the evening and stay overnight in a residence hall followed the next day with chapel, class visits, and meeting professors!

Individual Visit
We will gladly tailor this visit to fit your needs in order to ensure you continue to have access to all of the information and resources you need to get a glimpse into what it would be like to be an NU Eagle.

Within walking distance of campus, you’ll enjoy the gorgeous shores of Lake Washington while looking across to views of the Seattle skyline and snow-capped peaks of Olympic National Park. Kirkland is abundant with fun coffee shops, vibrant restaurants, and trendy storefronts. There’s always something to explore; Kirkland has over 500 parks and open spaces.
