Short Bio:
I am a non-coffee drinking, Jesus-loving, Bible and board game nerd who’s lived in the Pacific Northwest all his life, enjoying time with family and friends.
Favorite Aspect of NU:
Northwest is a university that cares! Students and professors are genuine, love one another, and pursue faith in Jesus. It’s a safe place that consistently delivers a bright future academically, professionally, and spiritually for its students. NU believes in you and wants you to succeed!
On my bookshelf:
I have the unfortunate tendency to be a “clickaholic,” purchasing books through Amazon with a click of the mouse and never actually reading the book. So I’ve got many books to still read. The next ones on my list are: Here I stand: the Life of Martin Luther by Roland Bainton, Jesus and the Eyewitnesses by Richard Bauckham, and Man’s Search for Meaning by Viktor Frankl.
Favorite Food:
Indian!!! Also Thai, Mexican, and BBQ.
Favorite place in Seattle:
Kerry Park (I love watching the Seattle skyline during the night time)
Favorite coffee/non-coffee order:
I love water! Especially when it’s so cold and refreshing. My second drink would be herbal loose-leaved tea. I am vehemently opposed to coffee.
Favorite Tree:
Maple trees (I love when they change color in the Fall)
Favorite Sport:
I support the Seahawks only because I don’t know any other sport teams.
What you might not know about me:
I was born in India and came to America when I was two years old. My first day in the US was terrifying! It was Oct 31st and there were strange people walking around in the night dressed in scary costumes.
