Dr. Rasmussen is an adjunct professor at Northwest University and loves supervising students at NUhope. In addition, he maintains a full-time private practice in Mill Creek, WA.
Education and Experience
Dr. Rasmussen received a Master of Arts from Biola University and a Doctor of Psychology degree from Rosemead School of Psychology. He is a licensed psychologist and a psychoanalyst. He is a fellow of the International Psychoanalytic Association, adjunct faculty at Northwest University, former adjunct faculty at Seattle Pacific University, and a faculty member at the Northwestern Psychoanalytic Society and Institute (NPSI) in Seattle. He has served as the Director of Training at NPSI, where he has also served as a board member. He teaches regularly in the training program in psychoanalysis, and he has served on most of the committees of the Institute for over 20 years.
